The Patras FCA 1945–46 season where during the championships, Apollo won the championships for the first time, the first title was a golden era for Apollo. Achilleas ended up to the second division due to their awards and discourse on a game with Aris that occurred an unprecedented riots that cited the cancellation of the game and Aris won th e title with a bimonthly match and Achilleas for six months that along the time that ended the last rankings in the standings. It organized a second and third place championships and first and second level teams from the first, second and third divisions.
